The original Butte Creek Mill Pancake & Waffle Mix is milled from wheat on our millstones, this is the perfect combination of ingredients for delicious, wholesome pancakes and waffles! The bag of fresh mix comes with recipes for pancakes and waffles (originally written by Peter and Cora Crandall - Mill owners from 1972 - 2005).

  Each bag is 32 oz of mix and it only takes 1 cup (about 5 oz) to make 6-8 delicious pancakes! 

Top with some pure Vermont maple syrup or Oregon Growers fruit syrup for a truly scrumptious breakfast.
