Clarifications

The room will hold up to 75 in banquet style seating, and up to 150 for classroom or reception style events. 

All chairs and tables to be provided by User.

Clean up – Refundable clean up deposit shall be $200.00. Upon Users completion of use of the Mill property the User shall leave the property on the same condition or better as received. At the Mill’s sole discretion should the User fail to leave the in like condition the deposit shall be forfeited.
