Oats are a great wholesome grain perfect either cooked and uncooked. Use uncooked oats for oatmeal cookies, pancakes, casserole toppings, granolas, pie topping recipes and more! Our Old Fashioned thick cut oats are grown in the U.S. and are naturally gluten free, although they are packaged in our facility that processes and packages wheat products.
