Mill Stone Blend Flour

 Sourdough, anyone? This blended stone-ground flour comes from the Historic Butte Creek Mill. We took our stone-ground hard white flour and finely sifted it, then added the appropriate percentage of the stone-ground hard red flour from Butte Creek Mill, also finely sifted. To complete the blend, we included just 10% stone-ground rye. We named this mixture the Mill Stone Blend.
