Better Beer Batter Bread

All you need for this excellent, quick bread is 16 oz. of beer or 16 oz of 7-up or Ginger Ale and one bag of our Better Beer Batter Bread mix! Mixing, pouring into a bread pan, and baking to get a terrific loaf of whole grain goodness couldn't be easier. You may use the beer of your choice, and different varieties will vary the taste of the bread. Our experience is that lighter beers best give just the right flavor!
