Anasazi Beans

These beans were cultivated by the early Anasazi Indians in the cliff dwellings of Colorado.  Anasazi beans don’t require presoaking Just simmer about 2 hours. They are scrumptious with ham and flavorful in Mexican dishes and chili. This sweeter and mealier bean is a great alternative to a pinto  and they also contain 75% less of the gas-causing carbohydrates compared to pinto beans!
