Anasazi Beans

These beans were cultivated by the early Anasazi Indians in the cliff dwellings of Colorado.  Anasazi beans don’t require presoaking and cook much faster than other bean varieties.  They are scrumptious with ham and flavorful in Mexican dishes and chili. This sweeter and mealier bean is a great alternative to a pinto  and they also contain 75% less of the gas-causing carbohydrates compared to pinto beans!
